SERGO, a well known developer, has enhanced its Winnersh Triangle leasing team by announcing the appointment of Kevin Williamson to senior leasing surveyor.

As part of his new position, Williamson will work directly with current agents Colliers and Vail Williams to direct the leasing of SERGO’s recent £100m redevelopment project at the South Reading business complex.

The redevelopment is described as groundbreaking for SERGO by many industry specialists that include 323,000 additional square feet for four new office buildings 16,500 new square feet for retail, and a Holiday Inn hotel offering accommodations with 174 bedrooms.

SERGO’s regional manager of national markets, Vicki Patterson, spoke highly of Williamson stated that due to a combination of his past experience with office and industry sectors with SERGO he is the ideal candidate to lead the new leasing initiative so that SERGO is able to create a stellar business park with the South Reading complex.

Williamson formerly worked with the DTZ Bristol office on an investment team where he held an associate director title responsible for overseeing industrial and office transactions for the Bristol area.

Approximately 3,000 workers are employed by SERGO for the construction of the new South Reading business complex that are projected to finish the first few office buildings leased to the engineering firm Jacobs and previous resident Harris System by the end of 2009.
